Cover Lover Remix II

OPEN TO:

Hudson Valley and Tri-state area artists, including New York City. 

SUBMISSION FEE:

$12 per submission

GUIDELINES:

*Artists may submit 1 piece of artwork per application. 

*Each application may include up to five (2) images of the same artwork. 

*Each individual artwork will require a separate submission. 

Accepted mediums are painting, photography, illustration, drawings, and other work that installs flat against a wall. All submitted artwork must measure 24" x 24" to maintain the square dimensions of an album cover. Photograph submissions placed in a 24" x 24" frame must measure at least 20" x 20". All submissions must include an image of the original album cover, including any part of the cover included in the remix (front cover, back cover, inside), as a high quality JPG or PNG. Video files and PDFs are also accepted.

All sales will be handled by PAC. The artist/lender retains 70% of the selling price; PAC receives 30% of the selling price. 

All artwork will be insured while in the possession of PAC. 

Accepted Artwork must be delivered to Pelham Art Center between the dates of 7/11 and 7/15. The artist/lender is responsible for the safe transportation of all artwork, including insurance in transit to and from PAC. Artwork may be hand-delivered to PAC or shipped directly. No COD in-bound shipments will be accepted. Return shipping is paid for by the artist. Please contact the Gallery to make special arrangements regarding delivery if needed.

Materials Needed When Delivering/Shipping Work

  • hard copies of installation and packing instructions included with work if applicable (also email these instructions)
  • Optional: catalogs, postcards, monographs. Indicate if you are donating the materials or want them returned with your work. This would be included in the folder at the front desk.
